• The waitlist is a notification service for table availability
• It does not guarantee immediate seating or seating at a specific time
• Position on the list may vary based on factors such as physical arrival and established priorities
• We reserve the right to manage the order of service according to operational criteria

3.2 Registration and Use:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering
• A valid phone number is required for notifications
• Registration is not transferable between persons
• You must be physically present when notified of availability

4. Game Rules

When participating in games at Palace Poker Room:

• You agree to comply with all establishment and specific game rules
• You must respect the decisions of staff and dealers
• Chip and money handling must be done according to staff instructions
• The use of electronic devices at the gaming table is prohibited
• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion

5. Payments and Chips

• All payments must be made in national currency (MXN) or as established
• Chips must be purchased at the casino cashier
• Chip redemption for cash is done at the end of the gaming session
• Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted for direct chip purchase
• Chips have no value outside the establishment

6. Liability

Palace Poker Room is not responsible for:

• Loss of money or chips within the establishment
• Personal items lost or damaged
• Personal injuries within the facilities, except for gross negligence
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Errors in the waitlist or notification system

7. Intellectual Property

All website and application content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Palace Poker Room or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Modifications
