1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Palace Poker Room services, including our website, mobile applications, waitlist system, and any related services (hereinafter, "the Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 years where required by law)
• Not be excluded from participating in gambling under applicable laws
• Have legal capacity to contract under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Not be an employee or direct family member of Palace Poker Room or its affiliates

3. Waitlist Services

3.1 Operation:

• The waitlist is a notification service for table availability
• It does not guarantee immediate seating or seating at a specific time
• Position on the list may vary based on factors such as physical arrival and established priorities
• We reserve the right to manage the order of service according to operational criteria

3.2 Registration and Use:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering
• A valid phone number is required for notifications
• Registration is not transferable between persons
• You must be physically present when notified of availability

4. WhatsApp Support Channel

Palace Poker Room offers a WhatsApp Business number for customer enquiries. By messaging us there you accept the conditions in this section.

4.1 What it is and what it is not

It is an information and customer support channel. No bets are placed through it, no payments or transfers are accepted, and you must not send us card details, passwords or identity documents. If anyone requests these from you on this channel, do not reply and let us know.

It is not an emergency channel. For any urgent situation, speak to venue staff or use the contact phone number.

4.2 Automated replies

Part of our replies are generated by an automated assistant that summarises information published on our website. That information is indicative and not binding: table availability, opening hours and tournament structures may change without notice, and the valid information is always the one in force at the venue at the time of your visit. When the assistant does not recognise an enquiry, it passes it to a member of staff.

4.3 Hours

Automated replies are available continuously. Support from a member of staff is provided within the hours stated in the contact section, and may be delayed during busy periods at the venue.

4.4 Alerts and promotions

We only send commercial alerts to those who have expressly authorised them. You may withdraw that permission at any time by sending BAJA (or STOP), without affecting your ability to keep using the channel for enquiries. Sending us a question does not constitute authorisation to receive advertising.

4.5 Acceptable use

We reserve the right to stop providing support on this channel, and to block the corresponding number, for anyone who sends offensive, threatening or unlawful content, impersonates another person, or abuses the service through bulk or automated messaging.

4.6 Meta's involvement

The service runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., subject to its own terms of use and privacy policy. Palace Poker Room is not liable for interruptions, delays or message loss attributable to that platform. Processing of conversation data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Game Rules

When participating in games at Palace Poker Room:

• You agree to comply with all establishment and specific game rules
• You must respect the decisions of staff and dealers
• Chip and money handling must be done according to staff instructions
• The use of electronic devices at the gaming table is prohibited
• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion

6. Payments and Chips

• All payments must be made in national currency (MXN) or as established
• Chips must be purchased at the casino cashier
• Chip redemption for cash is done at the end of the gaming session
• Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted for direct chip purchase
• Chips have no value outside the establishment

7. Liability

Palace Poker Room is not responsible for:

• Loss of money or chips within the establishment
• Personal items lost or damaged
• Personal injuries within the facilities, except for gross negligence
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Errors in the waitlist or notification system

8. Intellectual Property

All website and application content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Palace Poker Room or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including:

• Operating hours
• Types of games available
• Tournament structure and fees
• Waitlist system functionality
• Rates and commissions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palace Poker Room will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palace Poker Room, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.
